So 2015 is over and we are all starting to get back to our desks.
Whatever 2015 had to offer your hopefully at times inspiring and probably at times challenging, it’s time to look forward to the possibilities of a brand new year.
Before you launch into action take some time to reflect on what has passed and consider what you want to achieve from 2016, here are three steps that could help:
Celebrate 2015 – take time to be proud of what you achieved and the successes you had. What lessons did you learn? What would you do differently if the same situation arose again?
Visualise 2016 – Consider what you want to achieve this year, think about how these achievements will make you feel. Write down some realistic goals and how you will achieve them.
Create good habits – focus on some good habits you can create this year, rather than consider what you much stop doing think more about what you can start doing and what you could do less of.
Why not use your first MIH group meeting for the year to do this, pulling on your business support group? Say it out load and be accountable to someone.
Looking forward to hearing about your plans and successes of 2016.
